As a leader, strategist, and sparring partner with years of experience both on the corporate side and as an entrepreneur, Chantal Schmelz brings to transformation and innovation projects not only her knowledge, experience, and network, but above all her enthusiasm for change.
She is fascinated by the power of collaborative learning and thinking, successful collaboration with and by teams, and the new possibilities of digitalization to make collaboration across national borders even more efficient, diverse and profound.
As an entrepreneur and co-founder, she is actively involved in several companies. She shares her experiences and perspectives as a columnist in the Handelszeitung and in various online magazines. She also works as a lecturer, keynote speaker, and facilitator for various educational institutions, public bodies, and NGOs to bring the potential of crowd wisdom, collaboration, and agile progressive methods to a wide audience.
